Thank you for your interest in using our school facilities.

The use of Portland Public Schools facilities, including classrooms, cafeterias, auditoriums, athletic fields, and other spaces, by non-school organizations and community groups is governed by Portland Board of Education Policy P1330(a) Use of School Facilities.

If you would like to request the use of a school facility, please complete the P1330 Facility Use Form. Once you have completed the form, save it and email it to the appropriate contacts listed below.

After we receive and review your completed form, we will contact you with information about the next steps.
